GET TO KNOW ME
Exceeding Expectations One Client at a Time
Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychological science and eventually a full time job. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arkansas and California, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients.
I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2009, I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.

My approach to therapy is client-centered and I will provide support and guidance to clients during challenging times helping them heal from painful experiences and grow stronger in the therapeutic process. During sessions I will join clients where they are at, and focus on what's important to them. Current clients have said I have an engaging, kind and warm therapeutic style. At times, if clients need more direction, I will offer a solution-focused approach.
When you work with me you will also have the option to get support from Bella, the best therapy dog. I will strive to foster hope and change. We will work together to uncover what you need and provide you with coping skills, tools and options for your health and well-being.
